This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered through Knotbound LLC.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms listed below.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been received and confirmed.

Processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume, fulfillment method, holidays, inventory availability, and carrier delays.

Some products may be made to order, printed on demand, embroidered, or fulfilled by a third party partner. These items may require additional processing time before they ship.

You will receive an order confirmation after checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping address, package weight, carrier, and selected shipping method.

Shipping rates may vary by location and may change at any time.

Any free shipping offer, discount, or promotion may be limited by order value, product type, shipping location, or other conditions.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Some shipping locations may have limited carrier options, higher rates, or longer delivery times.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that cannot be shipped to the address provided.

Delivery Times

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only. They are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be delayed due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, incorrect addresses, fulfillment delays, high order volume, customs processing, or events outside of our control.

Knotbound LLC is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided by email when available.

Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

If tracking shows that a package is delayed, in transit, or delivered, please contact the carrier directly for the most current delivery information.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Knotbound LLC is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at admin@knotboundco.com. We cannot guarantee that we can update the address before the order is processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Knotbound LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building, mailroom, local post office, or the carrier.

You may need to file a claim directly with the carrier for lost or missing packages.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or other delivery issue, we may contact you to arrange reshipment.

Additional shipping fees may apply.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@knotboundco.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

We will review the issue and determine the next steps.

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages. This can happen when items are fulfilled from different locations, shipped by different partners, or processed at different times.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking numbers.

Digital Products and Media Vault Access

The Knotbound Media Vault and other digital products are not physically shipped.

Access to digital products, downloads, or subscription based content may be delivered by email, account access, file link, or another digital method.

Shipping charges do not apply to digital only purchases unless a physical product is included in the same order.
